autocad 2019
CER_187106520
Dell precision 7530
win 10 pro for workstations
ram 64GB
intel Xeon
nvidia P2000 version 391.74
multiple fatal errors a day, always when doing a trivial command like changing linetype, color or hatching.
autodesk recommends video driver version 391.56 on their website, but when you try to download that version you get a 404 error. we have tried multiple video card drivers, all produce fatal errors. have turned hardware acceleration on and off with same results.
we have 50+ computers all are dell with win 10 acad 2019. only 3 have the P2000 video card the other 2 do run well
i don't know if it is a video card issue, that is just the one thing that is different
any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
thank you,
Bill Lane

Since this PC is identical to 2 others, and 49 others not counting the display adapter, has anyone tried running any diagnostics on the hardware to rule out bad RAM and/or anything else?
Also, have you tried having a different (new) user login to this particular PC and see if the problem can be repeated? I can't tell you how many times resetting a user profile fixes "mysterious" AutoCAD crashing problems.
Hi @blane,
I looked at the CER and it indicates a .NET Framework error is involved in the crash. Can you try creating a new user account on your computer and see how AutoCAD performs with that account?
I suggest that you also try the latest driver from Nvidia.
