Unhandled Access Violation from editing acad.pgp file

Hello;

I've been having a problem where if I make a change to the acad.pgp file to add a command shortcut, AutoCAD creates a fatal unhandled access violation error on startup. It's happened on two separate computers, and changing the file back to it's original state or deleting the file altogether don't help. Is there any way to fix this without a reinstallation of AutoCAD?

I've attached a screenshot of the error message.

Thanks in advance.

How exactly are you editing your PGP file? There are many, you listed none.
And which startup is it, PGP editing or AutoCAD restarting or something else?

Share a screenshot of your ABOUT command pop-up please too.
