unexplodable block

I created a block from a tiff image. Reason being is that images seem to jump on top of other objects at certain junctures and turning objects into blocks can help to retain drawing order. This image however I am unable to explode back from being a block to an image.

Hi,

As you can see .. we just notice a raster image, there is NO block!!

Type Block command >> Select your block " parcel " >> Tick Allow exploding option then redefine the block .. solved .

it seems like these block settings in properties may be unavailable in ver 2015?

should be there..per Autodesk that setting was added in 2006:

Block cannot be exploded in AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT | AutoCAD | Autodesk Knowledge Network

also make sure you are inside the block editor otherwise you won't see that setting..follow the instructions I posted earlier
