Hi and Welcome to AutoCAD Forum,

i suggest to do the follow and see if any differences happened :

  • Type -PURGE ==> "R" for Regapps (registered applications), then Enter.
  • "N" when asked to verify each name to be purged, then Enter.
  • Type PURGE at the command line. With all checkboxes checked on, click Purge All.
  • Audit and fix any errors:
    • Type AUDIT at the command line.
    • "Y" for Yes to fix any errors, then Enter.

Now save your drawing and see if it's fixed. if NOT and from blank new drawing type RECOVER your CAD file.

Note : if all of previous steps didn't work please try to follow this LINK for more help.

Good Luck..

hi @Anonymous

i think you have to compress your file to save it.

By using commands like AUDIT,PURGE,DXF.

m0andino,

In AutoCAD there is a tick box in the purge dialogue to purge orphaned data, make sure this is ticked on.

Take a look at this link to see if it may be related: http://www.dwg.repair/
