Unexpected behavior

When I save my drawing, it goes to the top view. Also, when I start the line command and click to start the line it will do the same procedure - the view goes back to the top view. Not sure if I changed a system variable or not.

Looking for advice.

Not sure if this will help but...

Close your drawing.

Type Recover inside AutoCAD and then open the Drawing.

See if there are any errors in the drawing to cause this issue.

Hope this helps.

JRR.

UCSFOLLOW is set to what?

Does this happen with ALL of your files, or just this one?

If ALL files do this, restart your PC yet to see if that fixes it, unless you have a new add-on or startup helping out be resetting something.

Or you can post the problem file here for others to review.

Thank you for your response. USCFOLLOW is set 0.
What does this command do?

Thank you for your response.
Not sure where to type recover inside AutoCAD. On the start page or in a
new drawing?
Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your response

UCSFOLLOW is set to zero.

This doesn't seem to affect other drawings.

RECOVER is either typed a the commandline, or accessed from the big red A at the top left corner of your AutoCAD window: it is also explained in HELP in the program.

Ok thank you. I just copied the whole drawing to a new file and replace the existing one. The problem is not happening in the new file.

Thanks again
