I would like to undock the object snap tracking menu in the image below, or atleast keep it open. I haven't found any solution while searching. Thanks!

That menu is for changing your running object snaps setting. If you need to change your running object snaps, you might want to look at other ways.

Can you describe exactly why you want that menu present all the time?

I think rather than wasting a nice percentage of your Autocad window by pinning(I don't think pinning it is possible) the Objectsnap menu. Why not use Command Modifiers?

Check this : Object Snap

Or you could just Shift-Right click (while inside a command) and choose from there.

I think I might have been unclear with what I want to do exactly. I know there is an Object Snap toolbar that you can place anywhere. However, that toolbar doesn't change the osnap settings, it only helps you pick one point with one osnap setting. I want a toolbar that changes the osnap settings with all the options (the options in the object snap tracking menu) visible at all times.

Normally I would have to open the menu, pick the settings I want, close it, draw, open it again and so on. The linked video shows what I mean (sorry about the watermark):

Is there any way of having all those options in a toolbar instead? Like something I can dock to the left like the properties tab.

If there was a way someone would have mentioned it by now: so the not so subtle answer to your queries is

NO!

Go find another solution from the many already offered.

Constantly 'changing' the o-snap settings is not considered a Best Practice.

While in a command, e.g. Line command, you can press Control+Right Click to bring up a shortcut menu and from there you may select an o-snap. Yes, you'll have to use a extra finger, but so what, the finger has many uses and is said to give you more power than a regular guy. Use the finger and be irregular.

While in the middle of a command, control+right click to get o-snap shortcut menu. While in the middle of a command, control+right click to get o-snap shortcut menu.

OSnaps and OSnap Tracking are different settings and menus. You're still being confusing.

Cannot open the video.

Why do you need to change the running OSNaps so frequently that you need the menu open all the time? This really sounds like a job for OSnap overrides.

I think THIS add-on palette is what you need.

BTW It wouldn't be too difficult to make your own ToolBar where you make macros that changes the modes permanently. If you're up for it, I can give you some example.
