Undelete of automatically deleted auto.sv$ not possible

When leaving the drawing accidentically without saving also the auto.sv$ is deleted automatically. But I can not find it in the recycle.bin. Also an undelete program like Recuva doesn´t find the deleted file. So my question is if there is  a possibility to prevent the automatic deletion of that file. When I add a write-protection to this auto.sv$ AuutoCAD isn´t able to delet it after closing the file without saving. So AutoCAD seems to use regular functions of the OS and no voodoo 😉 In some irregular cases I found an auto.sv$ after closing without delete. Any suggestions?

Forget that Autodesk article link - and read this instead.

That will explain how to keep autosave files from being deleted, in all cases.

Although this is in the link above, I'll repeat it here. What AutoCAD considers a crash, and what you consider a crash do not always align. If you want to keep all autosave files, do what is at the bottom of that link.

Of course, if you QSAVE every time you make a change you don't want to lose, you'll never need autosave at all.
