Unahndled Exception c00000005 (Access Violation Reading 0xfffffffff)

Hi all,

I have a user who is seeing this error message when opening drawings in AutoCad 2020:

Unahndled Exception c00000005 (Access Violation Reading 0xfffffffff) at address c6ce926bh.

They are running Windows 7 64-bit OS.

I have added a snippet of the error for more info as the pic shows there is an exception in C:\Program Files\AutoDesk\AutoCad 2020\C3D\Aeccroadway.dbx AR...

Does anyone know how to fix this? I see lots of posts on this but not many with CAD 2020 and this error I am seeing.
