Hi,

am I correct that you are working on a virtual system or a remote system?

If yes ... which one (I know this issue when using Virtual Box).

If no... please let us know a few details about your system (operating system, graphic card + driver, AutoCAD service pack)

Hi Alfred.. im not on remote pc. its stand alone one. with autocad 2013. not any service pack.

there is no graphic card unfortuantely since i used to do 2D drawings more rather 3D.

i can summarize my pc confiq as below seen. my main problem is that i need to click twice on any object or even to point a line in autocad.

Hi,

>> im not on remote pc

I was asking for a virtual system, that could be a local installed one, that could also be the Microsoft Virtual PC wich is used in some situations with compatibility issues (and this also looks like running on your local desktop).

>> there is no graphic card

I'm sure there is a graphiccard available, otherwise you would not be able to connect a monitor 😉

Assuming that you have the internal Intel graphiccard using you might have the problem of running your AutoCAD without enough system ressources.

You need minimum 4GB memory, but in case of the Intel graphiccard it uses shared memory, so your 4GB are reduced by the amount of memory the graphiccard allocates to itself.

It's not sure, that this is the reason, but you should be aware of running below the spec's defined in the system requirements of AutoCAD.

>> not any service pack

That is were you should start, there are service packs available, they don't cost any money and the stability of the product get's better, so no reason to not install the service packs >>>click<<<.

Good luck, - alfred -

Hi,

>> even i canged the mouse.

...to another vendor or the same type (and so the same driver)?

And what about installing the servicepack(s)?

By any chance are the objects you are trying to select o layer "Defpoints"?  If so, make sure that Layer "0" is ON and THAWED
