Unable to Plot since upgrading to 2021

Since I've upgraded from AutoCAD 2020 to AutoCAD 2021, I've been unable to plot A1/A0 drawings to the HP plotter.

I have 2 direct connections to the plotter & 1 through the server, none will plot the any/the whole drawing. 

The server connection, I have been through the printer properties numerous times, but I can not get it to plot more than an A4 section of the top corner.

The direct plot connections, I'm unable to plot & get told "The selected layout has an invalid media configuration" so I have to change to either none or regular (depending on what it was set to previously) in the Media Destination, then the plot is plotted in landscape when the paper is portrait, so the title box is lost. I've change the properties to rotate 90deg but the same issue happens with everything I try.

I've migrated my 2020 settings again, but it makes no difference.

When I need to plot, I have to go back to 2020 to plot as this still works as it should & did.

If you want to flag someone specific add the @ symbol to the front of their screen name, otherwise just replying does not get anyone's attention at all, especially for a one-off post from many months ago.

Works the same way at BricsCAD forums.

This it exactly the issue I have with acad 2023 and my DesignJet 5000 series plotters.  The latest HP driver 4/5/2022 doesn't solve it.  No issues with 2020.

There was an update that came out shortly after for 2021 that took care of the issue for us.

Could you expand on that? We still are having problems with printing.

When we upgraded from AutoCAD 2020 to 2021 right when it first became available and that's when we started having issues. Maybe a week or so later, they put out an update for AutoCAD 2021. I believe one of the folks on here told me to try the update. Sure enough, that took care of it. So it sounds like this could be a similar issue.

Plotting to my HP 5000's is broken in acad 2022 and 2023. It's inconsistent with the latest HP drivers too (4/5/2022). I have no issues with acad 2020.
