Unable to find an entry point in DLL 'acad.exe'

When I try to load acad2016, I get the following message:  acad.exe

The application was unable to start correctly (Oxc0000142)

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)." is a known error with ACAD product line and it usually is caused by a conflicting dll file.
