UCS Icon is gone

I am using AutoCAD 2022 and extremely experienced with this software. The dilemma is that my UCS icon disappeared with this release. I have tried turning it on in the Properties palette, the Visualization tab, and the View tab. I tried changing my background color from black to white. I do not have it in any view or viewport. 

Am I missing something?

Is the ucs icon displayed at 0,0 and 0,0 is not visible on the screen. Look in help for UCSICON system variable, which should be set to 1 IMO. I think its the same as UCSICON N.
