Hello.

Is there any way to change type command language? 

My father is new to autocad and he is bad with english, so he instaled his autocad in russian.

Is there any way to leave menus in russian and just change type command language?

it hard to switch to cyrillic to write any commands.

You can enter English command names in any localized version by prefixing them with an underscore "_". So this will be accepted also in Russian AutoCAD:

_LINE 0,0

_CIRCLE _Cen

_SELECT _All

...

You can also install language packs, that gives you the option to start AutoCAD in that language you like (same license) >>>click<<<.
