Tunnel: generate solid 3d

Hello everyone,

I have a problem in my file, that I want to generate a solid 3D and I can not.

Initially I had 3D polylines, of which with the tool "loft", I could only generate a surface, but then I can not convert to solid. someone would tell me how I could generate a solid?

Thanks

Hi,

create a planar surface at the start and one at the end of your tunnel so the surface of your tunnel + the 2 new surfaces creates a watertight situation.
Then run command _SURFSCULPT with these 3 surfaces and you'll get a 3D_Solid.

I have attached a drawing where I created that object.

Thank you very much for the help.

Now i have one more question, I want it to be a solid like the one I show in the figure (solid hollow, with a certain thickness).

Hi,

You might try command _THICKEN (>>>details<<<) and select your original surface, but I guess that have to be done in segments, it might be too complex, let's see ..
