Hi and Welcome to AutoDesk Forum,

I think that there is a proxy object that is part of your hatch boundary, and this proxy object usually come from another AutoCAD software.

So my advice for you is to draw a polyline for the area you want to hatch and isolate it (Layiso) and do your hatch without any problem. OR you have to explode all blocks that done these message and i think that not a solution.

Good Luck..

Hi ROBIELITCHFIELD1568,

I am checking back to see if posts in this thread helped you with your problem. Please add a post with your results so other Forum users can benefit.

It does indeed sound like you have some proxy objects that you need to consider. If you would care to attach your drawing to this thread I am happy to take a look at it for you.

I was able to fix this by installing object enablers for Civil 3D - the other solutions did not work.
