TrueView Batch Print Settings

Hello all,

I am trying to batch print using true view, due to the limited number of CAD licenses in our office. We have some free software we use to print and view .dwg files however it does not offer a batch print setting which is VERY time consuming to print a few hundred pages of prints. I will begin by saying we are printing electrical drawings. I am able to select all the drawings I want, and write them into a .pdf file, however because of the way the prints are drawn I need to set all the pages to the monochrome print style. I can change the print style on one drawing at a time, however this is time consuming, and I would like to be able to set the whole batch up for printing with one setting (if possible). I have limited CAD experience so please take that into consideration on the answer. Thank you all for any information you can provide to solve this issue.

Note: TrueView was not selectable under the category tab on the community website, hence the category being set to AutoCAD.

Autodesk DWG TrueView 2017

Hello @Anonymous Hold shift and click to select multiple tabs, then right mouse click and use Publish Selected Layouts...

You cannot change monochrome print style in (FREE) Autodesk DWG TrueView 2017 easy like AutoCAD. Plot styles have to be done tab-by-tab because they all have their own independent settings.
