Transparent commands

I'd like to know whether there is a way to use transparent commands in Autocad like in Civil 3D

Yes, assuming you mean the same thing as AutoCAD does by transparent use.  Precede the command name with an apostrophe:

'ZOOM

'PAN

'LAYER

etc. [for those that can be transparent, which are of course only some commands].
