Topo Data Exported into Editable Points

When I exported my survey data into Civil 3D, the elevation and description associated with each point is blown out of proportion. How can I associated the text to be near the topo point and make it a workable document.

Thank you,

There is some data missing so it may not be what you are really needing. Also all the point blocks are exploded so they are not editable as a block. That said you can put it back together to a certain degree.

Below I opted not to scale anything and as such the units are very small, but I wanted to keep them as close to the way I received it. You can use PTYPE to change he point style. I made the point size in absolute units and then set it to very small so that I could easily work with the data. Remeber the size you use here as you can use that same size for your text.

Once the points were clearer, I processed the text. Luckinly the text is in good relative position to each other (except for the vertical distance) so once you change the height you can move them all together next to the point and they will be near their corresponding point. Once you move the first bit of text, you can just repeat that process until all the text is in the right place.
