topo contour lines not showing

I am working in several drawings and the topo lines are not showing up.  The topo lines show up on my coworker's computer, so the file is not the problem.  I downloaded the object enabler but that did not solve the problem.  Does anyone know how to make the topo lines on the surface appear?  I am working in Autocad 2022.

Go to OPTIONS and on the Open and Save tab make sure the ObjectARX Applications settings are like the below image.

No.  Still cant see contour lines.  I attached drawing for reference.

Have you restarted autocad since changing the settings?

@gregLNS5D You are aware that your coworker is using an older AutoCAD version and if you so much as QSAVE that file you will lock them out forever from it, right?
Or do you folks mistakenly like to always save DWG file down to 2000dwg file format for some reason?

Either way, is this what your file is supposed to look like (you did not include all the XREFs that are missing from it either)?

I will ask my coworker about the QSAVE thing later.  Lets solve one problem at a time please.  That is what the drawing is supposed to look like.  I cant get the countour lines to appear, which you are showing.  The xrefs are not necessary.  The contours are in the base drawing and you have them shown.  Any ideas on how to make them appear on my screen?  One thing to note is that my coworker has Civil 3D and I do not.

Yes.  I restarted the computer and I am having the same problem.  I am also having the same problem in another project.  The contour lines are not showing up.

The object enablers must not have installed properly. Try installing them again.

I just installed the object installers and problem solved.  I must have installed incorrectly the first time.
