Tool Palette Sharing not working

Im currently in the process of creating a tool palette group with a bunch of tool palette categories in it as well, for a couple of colleagues to use so we can all be using the same organized palette, etc. When I try to load up the palette on there computer it simply does not have any palettes within the group that I have created. How do I Properly create a tool palette group and be able to open it on other computers and still have all the files and blocks inside of it in a working matter?? 

Please if you have a solution to this can you please be very descriptive of how to go about doing this correctly!

How to load tool palette groups link is disabled in the link provided by Moshe.
AFAIK creating groups must be done manually for each workstation.

There are workarounds for this. Search the customization area for hints as this
topic has been brought up many times.
