We have a AutoCAD Design Suite Standard 2016 licensed software which we are using for our business purpose. Recently the software has been freshly installed on a user PC. We are getting the error "Error 1324 The folder path 'My Documents' contains an invalid character" when we are opening the software from a user login. The system runs on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
We have tried to uninstall via the Windows control panel & again reinstall the software, I get the same message. We are in a corporate environment and my "My Documents" folder is mapped to a network drive.
Kindly advise us with a solution for this problem.
