Text visible through 3d solid

Hi,

I have a problem with text being visible through a 3D solid. I would expect, and want the text to be hidden. I shouldn't need to turn or freeze the text.

There is no transparency on the solid object.

This seems to occur when printing from both MS and PS.

Any assistance gratefully receieved.

Which visual style have you currently active?

And ... there is a system variable called HIDETEXT (>>>details<<<) how is that set?

Hi,

I've used ACAD in the 3D environment for years and never had problems previously...however 'HIDETEXT' has solved this problem.
