Text Overlapping

We got new project from Architectural, and we are running into this issue. I have tried to make brand new drawing and dont use anything from Architect. (only use their drawing as an xref). But all my text turning overlapping or squeezing unexpected. Please if anyone has this kind of problem before. See the attach file.

You do not have the font that are using on our system (you probably have a font substitution going on), or you need to reset your CANNOSCALE: reach out to the sender and you two discuss settings, fonts, and possibly using ETRANSMIT command to correctly share files and necessary files like fonts etc.
