HELP!!

For starters I'm a CE major student in an autocad class. We've been given 700ish point (X,Y,Z) to plot. I've created all necessary blocks to be inserted etc etc. So when i go to use the auto input command to input these points with their correct titles via pasting a copied word doc, i can only get the ddptype point to show. No title, no elevation. Now i should mention that when I originally went to edit the blocks attributes my scale was 1:1, while the mspace scale is 1":200'. First go round my titles and elevation showed up but much too large. So i went back to the block editor, edited my attribute and text size to the needed 1/64" and made sure my scale in the block editing screen was set to the 1':200'. Went to reinsert and bam, no text.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

HI @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Without seeing your drawing I am making some guesses.  First, try using ATTSYNC or BATTMAN to update the text in your blocks if they are attributes.  Next, tell me what text style you used. Is it ANNOTATIVE?  What is the variable ANNOALLVISIBLE  set to in your drawing? Try setting it to a value of 1 and see if that helps.

You are welcome to attach your file to a post so I can examine it.
