Text Explode Sharp Lines

I have been using text explode on text but it just gives me multiple straight lines on any curves. I will attach pictures. I would like these to all be curved and not sharp. I have tried a lot of things and nothing has helped. Flatten, line smoothing, adjusting graphics, pedit works but I have to go in and do each individual line. Please help, I cut these files on a CNC machine so when I cut the text lines aren’t smooth.

Was that originally an SHX font? Those are created with Lines, a known limitation.

TTF (Windows) Fonts are smooth, but the free text exploding Express Tool returns about the same problem too.

You could try using PEDIT to smooth out those PLINES, I've not tried it with much satisfaction though.

IIRC - you have to Pedit one of the lines, convert it to polyline then join the rest and either fit curve or spline fit
