text becomes bold and and aliased when its in a scaled the block

Hi,

I'm trying to scale a block to 1/3. There is text objects in the block, some of are rotated 90° some of are not.

When the block scaled, text objects which are rotated 90° become bold and aliased.

They also bold and aliased on plot preview and pdf.

I've added screenshots of both dwg and pdf documents.

Anyone knows the solution?

Thanks,

Please share your dwg containing this block. Also let us know what AutoCAD version you’re using by running About command do screenshot and share that here

Thank you very much for reply. I've added the dwg file. I'm using Autocad 2025.

Have you installed 2025.1 update?

looks like that's just how AutoCAD displays the smaller size text font.

the pdf attached looks fine...here's a screenshot zoomed in closer onto the pdf

Yes, but when you zoomed out it seems like this. It's still looks like a bug.

As long as the pdf looks good when it prints that's the key. This has always been the case with how AutoCAD deals with filled True Type Fonts on the graphics screen.

Thank's a lot. I'm going to take a print and check tomorrow. I'll update here.

As far as I know, this has been a problem since the introduction of True Type fonts.

This post claims to solve it.

Hi!
Thank you for your feedback.
I notice that you use AutoCAD 2025. Could you please tell me the version number? You can check it by command: ABOUT. Thank you!
