Tab for the SPDS Add-on not showing up on the ribbon

Greetings.

I downloaded the SPDS 2022 version for AutoCAD 2022. All the video tutorials I've watched showed that once you install the add-on from it's MSI, the tab "SPDS" should appear on your ribbon/menu. For some reason, that's not happening for me. I don't see the tab anywhere.

Best thing to do is contact SPDS

But it could be that SPDS is placed onto the Add-Ins tab that’s turned off on the ribbon. To turn any missing tab on follow the instructions on this link

Do the following:

Turn on the missing tabs and panels

Right-click anywhere on the ribbon and use the Show Tabs and Show Panels menus to turn on the desired tabs or panels.

I have already solved the solution by simply loading loading them from MENULOAD. But I have encountered another problem of the SPDS buttons not working and showing up as "Unknown Command".

Looks like the app did not install properly. Typically apps when installed properly would add its folder under Options>Files>Support File Search Path as a folder 

Then the menu file when loaded onto AutoCAD would also automatically load the commands needed to run the app. Again your best bet is to contact them for a solution
