Sweep Error Code Number #55000

I have a 3D Polyline and a circle(radius = 9). I need to use circle to sweep along 3D Polyline path, but I get an Error Code#55000.

However if circle radius >= 9.7, it works.

May I know why there is difference between circle radius 9 and 9.7?

Bellow is my 3D Polyline coordinate:

X,Y,Z

@edwardlim8,

FYI - I was able to generate your 3D Polyline Coordinates and SWEEP a circle of Radius 9, without any errors.

@edwardlim8 ,

To resolve your issue, SWEEP from the other end of the 3DPolyline.

Follow these instruction:

  • Copy the 3DPolyline to the side.
  • Draw a circle, say of Radius 35.
  • Sweep along 3DPolyline
  • Type UCS and select Face

  • Select the end face of the circle and accept. (Take notice of the X,Y,Z)

  • Draw a circle with Radius of 9 and SWEEP.

Thank you very much for your help! Your method works.
And from the solution you provided, I am wondering that when I draw a 3D Polyline, If I start drawing from the end to starting point, I can use SWEEP directly!

But I'm still very curious about why SWEEP can't be used directly but need other methods
