Superhatch is broken...

Hi all - Ill try and keep this brief while giving as much info as possible.

I have been using super hatch to fill out polyline boundaries with blocks, but today it seems to have just stopped working.

Here is my process -

First I download a DWG that was exported from ARCGIS. When I receive that file, it has 3D polylines so I have to explode, flatten, and then PEDIT to join everything back together. From there, I fill that boundary with a specific block using superhatch.

Today, the superhatch command decided to stop working. I have done all the troubleshooting I could find on here and more. There is no z-axis, everything is flattened, I used the overkill command to make sure there are no overlapping lines, the origin is set to be near the selection i am trying to hatch... nothing works. I have not uninstalled and reinstalled yet and am saving that as a last resort. I am ready to pull my hair out. This has taken up an entire workday and I am frustrated beyond words.

Has anyone run into this issue and has anyone found a way to fix it? Anything is helpful.

Photos attached below and the drawing is attached.

@rileymurphync ,

Some polylines in this drawing are overwhelming for SUPERHATCH and may require you to break them into smaller sections for it to work.

Notice the "Valid hatch not found" when selecting a certain polyline compared to when its broken.

However, I suggest you create a custom *.pat file [from your exploded block] and use the CUSTOM hatch instead. Check out this link:
