Superhatch Error

(AutoCad 2017) I superhatched the floors in my plan, saved my document and closed it. When I reopened it, the tframes were there but not my picture hatch. I just says the file names of the picture that was imported. How do I fix this?

Did you delete the source image, or is the source image not in the same folder as the DWG file? Think of it as a referenced image.

Images were not deleted. I moved the .dwg into the same folder and it worked. Thank you!
