Stuck with split screen.

I some how got this split screen in AutoCAD 2016 and cannot get rid of it. Tried the viewport single screen command, doesn't change anything and this split screen is getting worse over time.

What happens when you enter this at the command line:  (ai_tiledvp 1 nil)    including the parenthesis.   

EDIT:

Never mind.  Looks like you're in a layout tab.  Type PS, then enter, then zoom out.  What happens?

fixed that problem, thankyou so much!

However I can see the extents of the page, which normally I don't have.
