start menu not showing properly

I updated to AutoCad 2016 and the start menu will not display properly. 

This caauses the buttons to be inactive.

Hi,

what graphiccard and driver version do you have and have you tried to update it's drivers?

And if that does  not help which operating system do you have on that workstation?

Hi, Please check your screen resolution setting in Windows.  If you have an HD monitor and resolution set to higher than 2000dpi horizontal (eg. 1920x1080) then you need to decrease resolution.  This issue has persisted on HD monitors for too long on Autodesk and Adobe products since 2013.  No perma-fix yet!

Let me know if this helps as I've seen this solution help many of my students.
