specify first corner missing

When i want to draw rectangle..this window missing....how to solve this problem?

Hello and Welcome to Autodesk forums,

Use command DSETTINGS to get the Drafting Settings window, go to "Dynamic Input" tab and there, you can set the options so that Your prompts are visible as You wish them to. For the message to appear, You need both options selected:

Alternative way is to type DYNMODE, and set the variable to 3.
