The only items on your posted file are exploded dimensions: there is nothing else there. See attached.

use ctrl+A,u can see more thing.2 block att...

Those two blocks are damaged: use INSERT command and try to insert them, and see for yourself. Looks like you partially edited them at some point then either crashed your file or something.

The block _SMALL is blank.
The block KUroboshi is a badly drawn yellow hatched star
the block PANEL is a note tag, oval shaped.
