'Smooth line display' option missing from AutoCAD 2019

I am having trouble finding the 'smooth line display' option when I open GRAPHICSCONFIG window. Any suggestions to how to access this option and remove all the unnecessary lines?

Have you clicked the "Details" button?

LINESMOOTHING is the variable name: usage is explained in HELP.
