Sky Background not displaying

I have a model I want to try and render. For some reason, I can't get the sky to display while in model space or in the render. My view is set to perspective.  Sky Background and Illumination is on (SKYSTATUS set to 2).   The default lighting is enabled. But still, I get no sky.   I opened up a blank drawing and the sky works there. What setting am I missing in my drawing?

I suggest to try SUNPROPERTIES (Command) and check sky properties, any changes? >> Click <<

Really? Check again, if PERSPECTIVE is set to 1.

I got the answer from my Graitec Support.  Apparently in my drawing the "Backgrounds" Environment setting (VSBACKGROUNDS)  was set to OFF (0).  

Everything works fine now
