Shortcut menu not workng - normal fixes do not help

Hello!

I have a colleague using AutoCAD 2017 and she has issue with right-click shortcut-menu not showing as assumed. User has her UI via shared Enterprise Customization File, but no other users have reported similar  problems.

Mouse right click is set as follows:

Nothing selected - Repeat last command

Object selected - Show menu

Command active - Enter

No time sensitivity is set. Shortcut menus in drawing area ticked in preferences. PICKFIRST  value 1, SHORTCUTMENU value  2, did not work with default 11 either. Shortcut menu is absent also from all other profiles (E.g. Default) with similar mouse settings. Right click Repeat last command and Enter work fine and other software right click functionality appears ok, so mouse works fine. Right click with Shift in CAD provides snap list. CUI window shows normal listing for Shortcut menus.

Any suggestions how to solve the issue other than Repair or reinstalling the software?

All suggestions appreciated.

Reset AutoCAD, confirm the problem is gone, then reload the enterprise CUI file https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to...

Worked nicely. Had to just remap few custom paths in the settings and everything returned to normal. Thanks.
