Anyone know hot to do Sketchup-like work in AutoCAD 2023? Some examples which can be done in Sketchup such as number of sides for object circumference,drawing on 2D,3D & wireframe objects?
SketchUp if fabulously easy to use and master. AutoCAD is not. Both have the same abilities to output similar results in the end.
So, are you hoping for ease of use (AutoCAD is not there), or are you willing to roll up your sleeves for a learning curve ahead of output (worth it ultimately if you honestly cannot afford SketchUp's $299/yr for some reason)?
It is incorrect to compare SketchUp and an engineering CAD program. And it's best never to transfer old work experience to a completely different environment - you will only complicate your life and make learning painfully long.
