SheetSet Fields for Views

Description of what I've done:

I created a SheetSet template for our company standards that includes detail sheets with a few hundred views placed on the sheets. I then added callouts by going to the SheetSet SheetViews tab and placing the appropriate callout specified by the SheetSet. So all that works fine and the following isn't that big of deal, I really just want to know why it happened and if it is something that can be easily corrected.

Question:

If I go to edit one of the callouts above within the Edit Aytributes dialog box, highlight the field, and hit CTRL-F (for editing the field) quite a number of my views or listed under <non> instead of the SheetSet (I attached a screen shot of the Field dialog box). There's about 170 views that are listed under <none> as well as 4 new views I added for the project.

My guess is that this has template SheetSets were created from existing projects over time and that the added views never get added to the SheetSet they instead get placed under <none> for some reason. Am I on the right track or is there something else I'm missing? It's not something that is a huge deal, I mostly just want to know why it places views under <none>.

Thanks!
