sheet sets won't publish some pages

this is the second time this has happened to us- all of a sudden, the sheet set will not publish a certain layout (though it used to) and publishes a different sheet twice...? I cannot find any reason why, the sheet is set to plot, like all the others, but it just doesn't happen. we are trying to plot a pdf.

Have you tried TruView 2016, batch plot command ? It works exactly like the autocad publish command. You might get better results... Good luck
