Sheet Set Renaming feature not working

While using the sheet set manage the rename feature that should change and update the file name isn't working. What would cause this? I've tried archiving a sheet set, as well as create an e-transmit package but the issue persists.

• Check that the file is not open in a different AutoCAD session or another user is editing it.
• Verify that the file is not set as read-only.
• If there are DWL/DWL2 files with the same file name and in the same directory folder as the DWG in question, delete them.
• To find whether another user has the file open, issue the WHOHAS command and select the specific DWG file(s).
• As a test, copy the folder structure to a different location and try renaming and renumbering option again.

File was opened when I tried changing the name with the Sheet Set Manager. Thank you for the quick response 🙂
