Ever since installing 2023, I have constantly had the issue of my sheet set manager disappearing. Once it goes, I have to voodoo my way through the CUI dialog to try and get it to come back. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I have even reformatted my pc, installed only Autocad 2023 and it still happens. I found if I set my workspace file to read only, after a fresh install, it stops happening. AutoCad is doing something that is corrupting this file. Please fix this. Year after year autodesk insists on pushing out new features and completely ignores work flow breaking issues. And yes, I've tried every solution offered on the net. It seems like im not the only one experiencing this.
