Sheet Set Manager - move viewport from one sheet to an other

Sheet Set Manager - move viewport from one sheet to an other

Hei everyone,

is there any possibility to move one viewport which is connected to an attribute block (name, number, scale) from one sheet to another?  (I use the SheetSetManager where everything is linked)

FYI: I made two versions for a layout to decide which one is better. The first was made out of the original drawing and for the second I copied the original. The second one (made out of copies) is better, but now I can't use the copy for the new layout because the attributes aren’t connected with the viewport (because they are only copies and the links don’t exist, so I only get these ###).

Is there any possibility to get the better layout without creating everything again?

Thank you for your help!

Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

What in the "good" viewport is different form the other one you created? Is it the properties of layers? Or something else?

If you can attach a sample file I am willing to explore some ideas to see if I can get this to work for you.

Hei @john.vellek

thank you for your fast answer.

The only difference between the 'good' and the 'bad' viewport is the arrangement of the viewports. All other properties are the same. Unfortunately I can't send a sample file because it's a file from the office. But maybe there will be a solution nevertheless. Thank you very much!
