Sheet set manager issue

I have a title block with a multi line attribute for drawing title.

When trying to get this into a field on drawing index sheet it does not function.

I originally had 3 lines instead of multi line text but couldn’t see how to have those three lines join into one line for the index.

Any advice

I rather not assume, so can you please provide the community with a screenshot of what you are trying to accomplish & exactly what you are referring to please.
