sheet set manager data types missing

guys I'm trying to create a project drawings list , but i can't find document-filename nor other-system variable-ctab in the datatype drop down menu of the sheet set manager

kindly take a look on the scrren cast to know what i mean

now i want ot make a table of the drawings i have , with each file name and layout discription in a  table

help please

There is no 'document file name' or 'layout tab name' in that list. That list corresponds to properties of the sheets, in the sheet set.
