Sheet manager plot shows frozen layers

Hi,
I'm using Sheet Manager to batch plot severla layout.
After saving the file, I've plotted the layout. Some frozen x-ref  layers still show in plotted layout, ONLY if they are plotted via Sheet Manager, not by right click on layout and print by the menu. I can make other adjustment (moving, erasing, etc.) and this changes are reflected in the exporting file via Sheet Manager, but not the freezing of some x-ref layers.
Any ideas? Thank you

@rdellorcoVW4WC I've never seen that issue here in our offices: BUT... what is your VISRETAIN setting in each top file that has an XREF in it? A setting of 1 (that's a ONE)  lets you control the XREF layers in the top file, a setting of 0 means you never do have control.
