Sheet List Table not displaying correctly

Good morning all.  I apologize if this is a stupid question/problem but I cant for the life of me figure out why my sheet list tables shows up like this sometimes.  Does anyone know why or where I can find a solution for this?  It should be a locked data format field and its not matching the sheet titles in my sheet set manager.   I know I'm probably leaving out some sort of info but any help is greatly appreciated.

Do not use 'special characters' such as the NUMBER SYMBOL (i.e.: #) in file names/folder names, etc. I cannot tell based on your screenshot where the # symbol is (if it's part of the file name, or folder or just within the field).

Try to remove the # symbol and see what happens.

I had a similar issue occur in Sheet Set Manager (SSM) where the # symbol caused undesirable results when used in a folder name. Drawings contained within that folder were sporadically connecting/re-connecting to the SSM. As a best practice in folder/file naming, it's advised to not use any 'special characters' such as the # symbol as these characters are used in programming. Another example is the $ symbol.

Thanks for the reply!  I had a feeling that was what was causing issues.  Its so hard for me to not use the # symbol when labeling doors.  LOL  See below for the location of the #. 

Quick workaround I found didn't have any problems yet.  I found if you create the sheet without the # symbol, it creates the file without it.  Then go in and rename/renumber and add the # back in before you create the sheet list table.
