Share Action Macros between computers

Hello all,

I was wondering if there was a way to share a recorded action across computers--to e-mail it to a colleague or something along those lines. I figure the action macros must be stored in some file somewhere, right?

I was looking for a solution and came across this post. It didn't seem to be resolved, so, here it is again!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Yes you can share the macros.

To find your macros

ACTMANAGER > Click "Options" > Select "Actions Recording File Location"

When sharing the macro you can put them in the Recording location or setup a new path on the network or what have you. 

But you need to verify that  "Additional Actions Reading File Locations" (right below "Actions Recording File Location") is set where ever you store the macros, otherwise they will not show up.
