Service Packs for AutoCad 2017
I guess OP wants English version. Which I also tried in the link you shared, and a few other links. Other language Packs are downloading, but English ones in all links are not working.
On AVA also, only 2018 and newer versions are there. But maybe contacting support could help as other language packs are still downloading.

I am not sure if that is 100% in your hand, but it would be nice if you would re-arange your tinsel in only one row (thanks)
It' a pain if less than 50% of a post seems related to the thread (und it's ugly too 😉 )

All of Imads links working and they are all for engl. versions too,
because the SP1 was a globaly ServicePack and not language specific.
So, nobody knows what you download "in oother languages", but there is only one SP1 and it's working.

Up to 2017SP1 Adesk called it ServicePack and they are available from the public autodesk HP (above, Imad linked to),
after this last ServicePack they called it UPDATE and is available in DesktopApp or your User Account only.
DesktopApp: Minimum to the current Version and 5 Versions back (I am not sure if it works for 2017 too)
AdeskAccount: https://manage.autodesk.com/products for the supported version (current + the last 3 versions)
2017 is out of support, in this case you need direct links, for you <Clicck for 2017.1.2>

That is a question I also had that what other language packs have. However, I use English version's so never seen what other language packs have. Just a wild guess, Maybe they might have all the text, and everything the specific language that you choose to download. Software might be same, but Language displayed would be different.
