Serial Number not received yet

Hi there,

 

4 days after purchasing the software, I haven't received my serial number yet, today I really need to work. Is it possible to speed up the process?

you should be able to work using the trial mode of the software for 30 days.

 

While I agree that delivery of serial numbers should be prompt -- if not instantly -- there's nothing preventing you from getting started with the software in trial mode, and authorize it after you eventually get your serial numbers.

I used the software for 30 days and then decided to purchase, now I'm stock.

If the message would have said, activation takes a week I would have acted differently.

I bought 3d studio max as well and that came through right away. That's why I'm confused with Autocad.

Serial Number Locations

Serial numbers are generally available in your account portal. Serial numbers for Boxed Products versions 2013 and earlier are located on product labeling.

Autodesk Account
Located in the product details tray. When you purchase or license software from the Autodesk store, you create or sign in to an existing Autodesk Account so we can store your Serial Number and Product Key in your account. Serial numbers are available for prepetual licenses, Desktop and Maintenance subscriptions, and Education & Institutional accounts.

Education Community
Serial numbers are presented at the time of download and then also stored in your Autodesk Account.

Thank you.

 

But, If it were there, I'd be working now and not wasting your time.

Autocad is NOT listed between my products inside my account and I only received the order confirmation email. That's it.

 

I need to be able to start working on it ASAP.

 

Please do not assume that I'm wrong, because I'm not.

 

And please find a way to give me serial number and activation number that I never received.

Awesome.

 

I went to that page about 6 hours ago and it said, "order submitted".

Same as now.

 

Now, I understand that you guys receive a lot of weird questions and most of the  answers are right there, but this is not the case.

I bought the software on Friday and today is still not available.

 

Can you Help me with that or not?

 

if not, you can just say, "sorry, we can't help you".

sorry, None of your peers on the forum can do much to helpYou'll have to rely on camilo at  Autodesk to sort it out.  I will note though, that it's still Monday, the next business day after Friday.  so while not ideal, it's not exactly as though you've been waiting a week or two....
